My mind wanders during and Ive noticed how easy it would be to steal something. Theres no cameras watching us, barely anyone in the back during openning and closing, etc. Would there be any reason to bring this up or no?

So my employee handbook states that we get 14 days off a year, with that exact verbiage. My boss is saying that because we technically get “2 weeks off a year, those include weekends so we should only be accruing 10 business days off a year”. According to the employee handbook, shouldn’t we be betting 14 business days off a year is this standard? Mind you, I’ve been with the company 3 years.

I've been working for a rehab facility for the past 7 months. My first paycheck half of it was delayed without reasoning. A few months later my coworkers and my paychecks were delayed for about a month. I've heard they're behind on rent on the building and the houses we let the clients stay in. So I'm going through a bit of a depressive episode and became completely exhausted 4 hours into my shift yesterday. I asked my manager to let me go home. Irrelevant details and I go home. Today I tried calling in sick and they won't accept the call in. Mental illness is still an illness, right? (Major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder)
