Poor kids are the ones working it.
I can’t do anything right at my job lol
I’ve only been at this company for five months in a horribly rushed, learned-nothing training program, a nitpicky, micromanaging boss, and the Director is now beside her reprimanding every single little thing I do. “Ask more questions!” (Gets talked down to and told “you should know this/this was in my vaguely worded email”) “You need to learn better!” (Tells them I’m more of a visual learner) “Well you aren’t a visual learner if nothing is sticking!” “108% is not overspending!” (Standard rate is 100 – 102% spend, got reprimanded after saying 108 is overspending) “Are you done yet?” Every five minutes. “Okay! Thanks guys! I think I got the gist of the assignment you asked me to do!” (Is reprimanded by both manager and director: “YOU NEED TO GET IT DONE, NOT ‘GET THE GIST.’”) Find out they’re reporting me to HR because I’m “not where I need to be.”…
Does this qualify at all?

What to do about current situation?
I’ve been at my current job right at 5 months, and I just got a very disturbing voice message from my co-worker and I’m looking for insight on how I should approach this situation. Because of this we work somewhat closely with the other branch and all of our work communication is lumped in with them. We have two people in my office, two people in the other office, and a branch manager, and her boss who covers multiple branches in the area. When I was hired, I was trained by the other associate in the branch who is no longer with the company as she left because of our branch manager from what little information I was given. After she left I assumed…
My Christmas is ruined
Rant: For context I’m quitting this job because the pay is inconsistent and the pay is not enough because they have a funky pay scale. In theory it is suppose to work but in practice it does not. I gave them 2 weeks and a few days notice but they said it was company policy to give 4. I said I couldn’t because my new job’s cohort starts in two weeks or else I’ll have to wait 8 weeks to start the new job because of the holidays. The majority of my assignments were reassigned in a day so I now have nothing to do for 75% of the 40 hour work week. Today I learned that my PTO for this week and the next will not be processed due to my resignation. If I worked a regular job that could be understandable but with this job if don’t have…
