Fedex always shows itself as a guarantee of quality. However, I came across an outrageous and story with my parcel – it seems to be stolen. Ok so I need advice on a situation. And to start, I don’t think it would be easy to find a new job because I had some fraud happen earlier this year on my CC and my credit score is shot. Which in the financial industry makes it tough to find a job. But I could always pursue building a business I would just need to crowdfund a bit(credit score again). with legal drugs I basically mean caffeine and nicotine. I don't drink coffee and don't smoke. I always thought people do it as a leisure activity: people drink coffee because they enjoy how it tastes and smoke because they like to get high. A choice. But if people have to get caffeinated continuously and smoke regularly in a shift because they need to get 5 minutes high while working… I'm not sure it's a choice anymore, but a sign that you have to change your line of work: you are giving yourself COPD, emphysema and cancer and it ain't cheap either. I also ask if you have observed more smokers in physically blue collar jobs than in office workers. Feedback welcomed.

My college keeps telling me stuff like, “You need to talk more confidently, make buddies, be more outgoing if you wanna be an [insert_some_engineering_job]”. Of course I see why it might be like this in a way but I don't think everyone's the same and some people (including me) don't like talking too much and are straight to the point. I've been told that introverts/asocial people have really low chances of getting recruited. Why is this?

i was a server at a really popular restaurant in my area and was recently fired for something i personally don't find a big deal. there's no way to say this without sounding obnoxious but i thought i was a pretty good server, i loved interacting and talking to my tables while still being efficient, my coworkers took notice and have told me this as well. i've built rapport with customers to the point they became regulars and would even request for me to serve them and even my bosses have said i'm a “superstar server” and bring in the highest tips. so what doesn't make sense to me is that i was fired when i did my job well? the reason i was fired was because i was apparently not a team player, which i don't find true and i'll explain why. there were two coworkers that i couldn't…
