I work for a well-known cafe chain in the US who is known for their 'clean' food (but is immortalized online for being overpriced hospital food). I’ve been employed under her family’s company (she owns it yes) for 10 months and as the months go by she’s getting worse. However, because of my past experience in the military, being autistic, and the threat of losing my job always on my mind, I've often found it difficult to stand up to management at my workplace.
