Initial statements said a revamped version would be available this summer, but pressure seems to have moved this up to April(ish?).

3.06 every TWO weeks
Just left a job interview where the company PTO policy is you earn 3.06 hours of PTO every two weeks. But the real kicker is your PTO is capped at 56 hours your first year. This was a job that required a degree and many years of experience. The pay was OK. It was supposed to be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 from home, but they also dropped a bomb that the first month and half you were expected in the office full time. This was after the phone interview and group interview where they repeatedly said it was 2 days in office and I told them I could only do 2 days in the office. So do I email them now and withdraw from consideration or wait and see if they offer me the job and then tell them no??
I just remembered this happened to me at a previous place of employment and it still makes me laugh. I had been scheduled from 7am-12pm as the Owner wanted to train for my position. ( already showing signs of replacing me ) I at the time had a lot of work on my shoulders and continued to work passed my scheduled time. Now because of this; I had informed the Owner that I would be leaving around 2:30(which was only an hour and a half to) as that would be when I would’ve finished. The funny part was their response to this which was “well, you should have told me this before you started your shift..” ( in the tone of “ well what am I going to do now that you’re gone” ) I took a second to collect myself before I responded with the fact that I stayed…
right? and they didn’t tell me they’re renovating for “about a week” and they don’t know exactly when… and want me to me buy this special apron, and shirt, cough cough this place loves eggs…
“Required” Overime
So i’ve been working at my current factory job (don’t wanna name drop them yet) for about 4 years. when i first applied, during the interview they asked if i’m able to work overtime. No mention of “required overtime” Now randomly they’ll have my department working basically 13 days straight with only one day off. I usually get upset about finding out i’m working both saturday and sunday when I had no scheduled day off during the weekdays. I’m not sure on how to go on about this issue. Management clearly only cares about making money for the company, as I had voiced my concern about that once and they mention “stopping the lines costs us money”
Speak up for yourself

im on a 35 hour contract and my shifts are 10 hours each so i do 40 hours one week and 30 the next which ones added up is 35 hours a week. i can pick up overtime if i wish but theres no pressure to do so. I have so much more free time in the week now i can actually do things i enjoy. ive been doing 5-7 days a week since i was 16 and only recently switched careers completely and moved to nights and honestly im so much happier
Craziest supervisor I’ve encountered
I could go on for days about this bullshit but I'll stick to the past month. My company has a policy that if your internet goes down you'll be compensated for the time frame when you come back and inform your team lead or supervisor. My internet went down. I called my team lead. She, not understanding technology, I'd assume, insisted it was not and that I was just avoiding calls because my login hadn't timed out in the system yet. She angrily goes “I'm done with this conversation you will not be compensated.” Last week I was informed i need to acknowledge write up for “unapproved overtime” and I told my boss the latest I worked past shift was 4 minutes on a call at the end of my shift. By the time I checked my system there was no write up, because I had in fact not worked…
