But I'll say it again for redditors general. Whatever you do if daily pay is offered do not do it. It is a scam and IMO indentured servitude.

Are there any workers right in Pennsylvania specificly that basically gives me the right to sit at work? Especially when theres no work to be done? I work at a mcdonalds and we get yelled at if we sit when theres no work to do or no customers to serve. Also are there any rights regarding in being able to use our phones ir not? Any response will be appreciated. Thank you

Our pay periods are twice monthly so we have a monthly salary. I work 4×10 so sometimes I have more hours and sometimes less. I just went on Medical leave and surprise! My check is $1k short. They're claiming this is because I didn't work on scheduled days off despite having 40 hours logged on both weeks in the pay period. I swear to god they are pushing me. Now they're “checking with my pm”, who already told them this was the case before they agree to fix it. I think they're trying to dick me.

I'm a non smoker & I now work with a lot of smokers/vapers. Guess who is always stuck not getting these extra breaks? ‍️ me. Im in training so When I need help, they're always outside. I wouldn't mind if it was equal but it's not. Maybe when it gets warmer, I'll go on a lonely outdoor break & watch them lose their fucking minds. I can't actually join them because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. I'm just so sick of this double standard.
