Our department at work was struggling with major work stress. We were suddenly very busy due to computer issues and received no support or communication from our leads. We work remotely, but for years worked I'm office together and are a family. Due to this stress we were snarky with each other. In over 4 weeks not once did our lead reach out and even check on us or acknowledge that we were buried in work and miserable. We had a zoom meeting, which was lead by the previous lead because our current lead (whose been in that position for over 10 months) has absolutely no idea what we do. She couldn't do one single task of our position. Anyway, in this zoom you could see it all on our faces, “if looks could kill” from all of us. Was offered a “promotion” and new job. I countered when I got the typical 10% raise offered (since I was a current employee). Nah the 10% is what I am owed for my current work you just have been underpaying me. They didn’t budge & I didn’t budge. They are now looking for someone outside the company to take the job, meanwhile I am keeping my current job. Wonder who they will ask to train this new person 🤔 Probably will take them months to find someone, then train on the systems. During that time they will lose more than the $4,000 I was asking for🤦‍️

I've been working at Coke for about 3 years. I'm a humble guy, but can say that I've done a great job. I definitely pick up the slack everyday I'm here. Coke is falling apart… Everyone is quitting or getting hurt. I've very loyal, and do the best I can to always show up and put in the extra mile. But now I'm being taken advantage of… I basically work a 2 man job everyday. With no pay raises in over a year. Me and my wife started a Business. That wont be able to support.me quitting for another 8 months, atleast. I'm working crazy hours because of this. I don't have the savings to quit now. I hate coming to work now. They don't care about me. Keep in mind. I'm hurt. My back is messed up, causes numbness and pain in my left and right leg. I'm 27..…

I said it. I’m a local driver. It’s getting busier, I just got in the door. No thank you to 15 hours. Let the married men/ divorced men with kids, mortgages, $100k trucks work it. 12 or less/ 60 or less for me.
