Hello, I (23f) graduated college 2 years ago, and have been working at this family business for almost a year to boost up my resume. I was using this as a stepping stone to be able to get a better paying job. Ive been doing our website, social media & marketing (mainly the website). I recently got a new manger & he has decided to take over my job basically. He has way more experience than me, so I would like to use this as a learning opportunity, but he can be very rude and arrogant.
