I have this because I am burned out by employers who would rather kill me working versus having a sustainable business model where I am respected.

Peer reviews for raises…..
I work for a small company(7 employees plus 3 owners/managers) and our bosses just informed us that we will be doing a lengthy peer review on each of our 6 other employees and raises will be determined by these reviews. Is this normal?! I have never worked somewhere where management is too lazy to do reviews themselves. It seems like my owners are just trying to create drama between our staff members. I need opinions please!
Not even a single day off for covid
We all have Covid, including my husband, and he isn’t even getting a single day off for Covid, he is obviously contagious. I’m sooo mad, this sucks so bad, for everyone. Isn’t even paid sick time either.
when normal life becomes dream
Without saying too much, I work in a warehouse/store where I pick furniture orders. All day. Think Amazon but for couches, dressers, etc. I’ve been here for two years now. Is there any way to make this easier on myself? The building isn’t air conditioned well, if at all. So it’s pretty warm inside. I try to stay hydrated but the hardest part is the mental toll. It’s hours of repetitive work and earbuds aren’t allowed. All I have are my thoughts and the occasional banter with the couple of coworkers I talk to. The pay is almost $18 for me so I don’t want to leave and not be able to find anything paying the same or better but I’m not sure if it’s worth it.
I run a small business and occasionally we need to source parts for our jobs from other businesses around the area. This business in specific, we've been working with for 15+ years. We send them business as much as we can. I've even spent thousands on service for my own car with them. Always thought we were on good terms and had no issues. I sourced a part here about 2 months ago that was $13 ($12 and something cents). While grabbing the part I forgot to bring my wallet. The GM (general manager) said no big deal, just pay us when you have time. Didn't seem like a big deal at the moment at all. This was the first time I've left without paying. Fast forward to a few days ago.. (Trying my best to be objective about how the conversation went) I needed another part. Went down there…
