I noticed a lot of posts of people struggling, understandably. If I never got into tech sales I never would of hit 250k year income before 30. Myself, my significant other, and 75% of my coworkers are in their 20s and have been making 6 figures for atleast 3-4 years. It’s not a sleezy sales job, this is very strategic sales involving compex products and buyers. But it’s not the hardest job in the world. If you have a degree I suggest looking into tech sales, hell even with no degree you can break in. It will be a harder barrier to be transparent. My gf and I are in our mid to late 20s and projected to clear half a million this year combined. We didn’t come from money, we didn’t have connections. Hello, I know this gets asked a lot but I'm wondering if anyone has a specific answer to my question since google did not clarify this for me. Does anyone know if in Alberta, Canada an employer can call you half an hour before the start of your shift and cancel it when you're on the way without compensating you for the minimum 3 hours? I know my friend made a mistake by picking up the phone but what is the law now that she has. Thanks
