So, my boss has a tremendous problem with anger management. He can’t take constructive criticism, and he has decided that I’m the root of all his problems. I’m not, obviously, im just the one that speaks up loud. So im some what the root of my own problems. Wish I didn’t care that much, but my coworkers and clients appreciate me. Kind of a mini rant ​ I worked at mcdonalds a few months back for two weeks. Production (cooking the food) because I didn't want to talk to customers. Bad pay, some annoying managers (one of them was actually kind of nice though), decent employees Interestingly, several people there talked about how “no one wants to work here. The way my company does PTO is so stupid you have to call the absent hotline and have to relie on our manager to put on your payroll but with are vacation days all we have to do is choose what days what off and the computer automatically adds it to our payroll it would make a whole of sense to be able to just do it on the computer
