It's been rough. No job stability. Left a job of four years because they would not stop constantly pushing me to do things outside my job description. To the point where my actual job was suffering, and my clients began to hate me for neglecting them. Started working for a college next. Got cut due to downsizing. Got hired at a collision shop. Decent pay but they were a month plus behind on everything. Job turned out to he customer service more than paperwork. My supervisor wasn't even told I would be fired. She was crushed when she heard the news, because she's so understaffed she doesn't take all of her breaks. I had already covered three vacation days for her, and she was excited to let me take the reins for two weeks in September. I got fired because I picked up the phone at four forty five on…

Just flat out require the overthrow of these governments on a state/provincial and federal level. There is absolutely no viable way to properly change these countries without forcefully removing the current powers. You can't vote away corruption and bribery because those that would be voting to do so have no intention of ever doing so. We need a democratic socialist takeover, to either install a sweeping list of major reforms at every single administrative level, or need a complete reset. So we should be arming ourselves, forming trained left wing militias, getting ourselves and those around us motivated educated, doing charity work to help those affected, gathering funds to support efforts, gaining support of current dissenting politicians, military officials, and soldiers. Today a ton of stuff has shown up on my tick tock about China joining currencies with a few other countries in November. They’re saying basically it’ll lead to a $7 pack of chicken now being $375. They said we need to buy land and grow our own food because none of it in grocery stores will be affordable since so much of our stuff comes from China. Some videos were saying banks are going to close, and we will lose access to money so we need to have cash on hand. How much truth is there to any of this?

Had to separate from my job due to health reasons. I gave them ample time, and they seemed very understanding- until my last day. I received a letter that stated all my PTO was erased. When I asked about it they said, “we just had an unlimited PTO policy” but I worked for this company for 5 years and took one week off for family this entire time. If I missed a day here or there I was sure to make up for it later and I was also on call 24/7. I was constantly pressured to work ridiculously long hours until the core management team burned out and left. My paystubs show I clearly had 8 weeks of PTO. I work in a manufacturing/production kind of environment where our dept has like 600 people. Today, I started a new schedule and when I came in I checked the seating board since changing a schedule results in a new team, and new seats. I found my name and sat down in the seat I was assigned, someone in my new team came up to me and was so set I was in the wrong spot. He said so-so sits here and they get in at this time, so I explained this is where my name was on the board, he acted like he didn’t believe me and then went to double check. I am currently doing an unpaid internship to complete my degree requirements. They encouraged me to apply for a position, so I submitted my resume and wrote a cover letter. My first red flag was that they didn’t interview me when they said they would. My shift was from 8-1 and they said they would interview me at 10:30. They ended up interviewing me at 12:30. This may seem small but if I as a candidate showed up late to an interview, I would not be hired. The next red flag was that they didn’t get back to me by the following week like they said they would. Now, it’s been over 2 weeks since they said they would get back to me. I understand if someone’s battling addiction or other mental illness that the idea of allowing them to stay at home may not be possible for safety reasons. However most people do not pose a safety risk. Why do parents feel like they have to shove kids out and stop helping them? We have three, and they can stay here for their lives if they want, though they’ll be expected to do something productive with themselves just as they are expected to do so now. There is so much sadness and horror in the world, why wouldn’t people protect their kids forever? Also I think it would help take the power back from employers if, en masse, people chose to live in places where their rent was reduced or nonexistent.
