TLDR; Emailed the owner of the gym I work at about a bunch of public health and commerce violations I found out the gym was breaking on Thursday, the regional manager and the owner have basically ghosted me this weekend and my position has been posted back on indeed. Hello everyone! I'd like to share an interesting story developing in my life. In mid March I was hired at a recently opened fitness facility as assistant manager. This is both my first time in any “management” position, and at a gym no less. I've been employed there for 6 months as of last week. The regional manager (She manages 1 other fitness facility) is basically the most negligent mix of incompetence and indifference and the guy who owns the two gyms is basically a fish out of water when it comes to the fitness industry and chose to do no…

It's debatable if everyone needs a car or a cell phone. But people will still need the basics of life. What is the plan?
I have started recording him in my phone little did he know. It's time young people stand up to the boomers….how else can I ruin his life and teach others in the workplace a lesson?
So every since Ive pretty much had to work I've been so awful about going in I've been fired from multiple jobs for missing to much and I've had a few relationships end because of it. Im thirty now and I thought maybe this was just young age and being immature but it seems to be much deeper then that. I have to lie to people all the time so they don't think I'm a lazy POS for struggling to go in or why I got let go or “left a job” the only job I've had for longer then a year is my current job and to be honest the only reason I've made it this far is because I have a FMLA I abuse some times. I've also almost completely ruined my current relationship over not going into work cuz Im constantly broke and lying about going in…
I can’t imagine his pain…
VA labor question
Ill keep it short, ask questions if it lacks important context, Assistant Manager at said company is not allowed to leave the property while on full 1 hour un-paid breaks, and has to respond to a walkie and come in at the drop of a hat if an associate needs help, this can't be legal to be unpaid, and can I report this on their behalf?
Would you move to Denmark?
Hi guys. Dane here. Recently i've been seing alot of Americans im my hometown of Copenhagen. More than usual! And it is not just tourists. My question is, would you move to Denmark? I've always wanted to live in the US, but in the past few years, i feel like the US is somewhat of a third world country. How do you Americans see it? I'm happy to answer any questions regarding Denmark!
Maybe something of a followup to my previous thread, shout out to u/jj29ee and their crystal ball. https://www.reddit.com/r/antiwork/comments/xhj2bp/work_keeps_redefining_the_position_and_its/ So I've been hourly for about two years now, but rate equivalent to previous salary. There is also an overtime component generally every other week, averages maybe 13 hours per week. Had a busier week last cycle, should have been 15 hours, paycheck arrives, only shows 13. WTF. Email to the CFO comes back with a word salad about how they had been OVERPAYING for some time (oopsie !) but now they've gone and fixed it. Overtime only gets paid for hours worked above 40 (OK) so if there is any PTO or holiday time during that week, it reduces the overall 40 count. So what this means it, I took two hours that week for a personal need, but still worked the overtime, but I lost two hours of overtime (at…
