Quit my job yesterday. I worked in the billing department of an elderly health-care related company. Severely understaffed. Corporate recently sold many of it's locations to other companies. Got a new boss a few months ago, and she never seemed willing to train to learn our job. Granted, we didn't have time to train her because we're so backed up on work, but when we scheduled her training, she sat through it then never applied it. Don't even think she's worked a full week in office since she was hired, months ago. Anyway, the new owners we dealt with are impossible nitpicking every little thing, not wanting to pay for anything, wanting to bill customers and credit them. For dollars. I was denied my time off, I put in my time off a month in advance. I will be on a trip to a different state. I tried to tell my boss this and he won't do anything. I can't cancel my trip. I work in banquets for a non-uniom hotel and after new manager came in, he brought in some of his friends. His friends started getting some hours. Meanwhile I was labeled that I am not as hard working as people who have been there for 20 years, so new manager hired 2 more servers. It is gratuity based so the more people, the less gratuity. Anyways he started scheduling me only on Friday or Saturday and I work in other hotels those days. He wanted to force me to come in. Yeah, as my post said. I have been being blamed by my fucking family over jobs just not hiring us or faking job openings. I have had a lot of issues with never getting any responses back after filling out several job applications, to the point where companies up and ghost me without ever making any attempt to contact me. My family is blaming me despite the fact that most stuff is done online nowadays, so how can me presenting myself physically currently be an issue when they can’t even fucking see me through an Online application that requires zero photos or anything of what we look like during the time of filling out a fucking application. This was a story two years back, so now it's time to share because some people I worked with lurked in here. So in the beginning of 2021, I took this particular job because they are full-time and not contract. My previous job was wonderful, and my manager promised me that they would need my services 5 years into it but I don't trust anything that says contract on your offer letter. I see my managers it just looks like they don’t do anything all day? I’ve seen my manager playing Nintendo switch and PlayStation portable in his office all the time lol One of my coworkers wife is a middle manager and he was telling me the job is super easy they don’t do anything all day except do time cards and approve PTO and just attend some online meetings. He said they barely have to do 10 hours of work a week. It seems like an easy job and pays really well and you get big bonuses. The employees do all the work and you get all the credit lol must be nice There it is folks the easiest job in the world with the highest pay and bonuses lol

They should abolish all jobs because jobs don’t value people. We should all go back to the Stone Age hunting and gathering cavemen era.
