In terms of lack of staff perks and discounts, hours offered,job security etc?
I’m required to take disability for work for maternity leave can I report a later due date than what actually happens? How would they know either way. These fuckers give 5 weeks otherwise I wouldn’t be asking this question.
I was applying for jobs and one of the applications was for a Store Lead position. I applied last night, and this morning I get this email. Not long after I did their dumb application on their website, I get this message on indeed. Why would I need to apply 3 separate times for the same job and send an email filling out their dumb “worksheet”? Seems kinda stupid to submit me resume 3 different times. Anyone have any insight?

99.99%? Many of you guys here know the original board game was invented to show the benefits of Georgism. For those unfamiliar with it, be sure to check out this video. TLDW: a land value tax that funds a UBI fixes so many issues with society. It makes areas walkable by making land efficiently used. It funds a Universal Basic Income. It actually encourages economic growth by punishing inefficient land use. That said, I am almost confident this movie will just be a dumb corporate cash grab that spits in the face of the original purpose behind the board game.
I know this isn't a particularly new issue that everyone has to put up with in everyday life but ever since I left my first job in housekeeping in Washington and moved with my mom to temporarily live with her friend in Arizona i've been really desperate to get a full-time position in Glendale in order to start helping her get our own place to live but it seems like no matter how much effort i'm willing to put into my resume and interviews it always ends up the same way. People tell me they'll contact me but either end up ghosting me or rejecting me saying that my background is not suited for the position. I gave up applying for housekeeping positions and decided to start applying for warehouse, stocking and janitorial cleaning in Glendale. Work has become awful
Around 8 months ago we had a new management team take over our office and it’s been hell since. I work at a company that helps people find work. However this one person has recently started and she is absolutely horrible. She treats the people on our scheme awfully and bullies them into roles they’re not ready for. She brown noses the bosses and acts in a snide manner to everyone else because they’re not important. She gets away with it because her best mate is two levels above her and everyone is afraid of the repercussions if they speak out. The office has moved from being a vibrant and nice place to work, breaking records and a manager who treated us like adults,l supported and truly cared, to a horrible cliquey place where it’s always quiet. We had a 5% attrition rate in the year prior and have lost…
