What a fucking joke. A receptionist at a rural health clinic has to plead to get a desk set up that’s ergonomic. I’m head on facing and interacting with the patient. My keyboard is head on, my screen is off to the right side about 20 degrees. My phone? To the left of me about another 40 degrees. I’ve had pain in my neck/headaches that I’m seeing PCP, PT, and chiropractor for with little relief. I’ve burned through most of PTO and sick time (they’re different!🤪) with headaches so bad that don’t resolve. (I’m talking 7-10 day long headaches with maybe 5 hours of relief every couple of days) I requested a headset on 6-13 only to be told today they have to order it (still haven’t ordered it) but I can go and pick one out JUST ORDER ME A FUCKING HEADSET. And then the new monitors they ordered…

I have previously worked at the Microcenter Indianapolis location and this place is lowkey a joke and the people who run it are out of their mind and out of touch of reality. They do human experimentation on their associates without legitimate proof of wrongdoing and done so on me. This all occurred at the end of last year and I'm finally going more public with the incident. I have suffered immensely due to what they did to me. I found out one of their previous forms of management that left not to long ago goes under a false name and age to run from their past due to their previous felony and I have legitimate proof to this.
