I'm past due for my appraisal and every time I bring this up with him, he gives some excuse that he'll discuss it with certain person in budgeting/finance team and let me know. It's been over 8 months now. I don't want to stop working or be unproductive or unprofessional but I really need his attention to this matter. Any suggestions on what I should be doing?

File OSHA complaint warehouse
Should I report my warehouse for extreme hot conditions & foul smells coming from rotting dead animals that sneak & in the warehouse and live inside?? I don’t think it’s healthy to smell dead flesh hanging above your head everyday. Most of the fans don’t work & there are piles of extreme dust everywhere.
What I’d like to see happen
By now it should come as no surprise that corporate CEOs and the billionaire class are the enemy. They are villains, evil incarnate, and the biggest threat to both the environment and 99.9% of the population. But they are ensconced, entrenched and removed from physical view. They are immune to the effects that they are having on the world and from the rest of the society on which they prey. I think we can all pretty much agree on this, right? So what to do? STOP PUTTING IN 2 WEEKS
Do they give you two weeks notice when they want to fire you? Do they give you two weeks before reducing your hours? Do they give you two weeks before making other people jobs, that they won’t do; yours? These jobs don’t care about us and unless you are part of a family business or were referred by a friend that you work with, it’s okay to consider them but you do not have to! Idc how much like a toxic family they are to you we all need to stop putting in two weeks notice. Just never come back n block their number lol. Us workers need to take our power back even though I hate working until I stop I will always root for doing what’s best for us and our futures.
I've been at my company for 5 years. I'm happy with my pay, have stellar yearly reviews. I recently reached to HR explaining that I'm doing some future and financial planning, and asked for the pay scale for my current position. They said no. They've denied others raises in the past for being at the top of the pay scale but are refusing to tell me what the scale is. Why not tell me if there isn't something to hide? I'll be looking for a new job asap, something about this feels really fishy.

tl;dr team lead caught me on phone and immediately threatened me with a performance improvement plan. is this serious? had this job for 3 months been working at a factory for 3 months. just got a new team leader everyone hates. just passed my 3 month probation but team leader caught me on my phone and told me if my work numbers dont increase i will be put on a pip. another colleague has been put on one by this man already. is it time to look for a new job?
