This is a full on personal strike until they fire me. HR basically told me “it is what it is” and there's nothing I can do about transferring because of my writeups from a manager clearly discriminating against me. Fuck em. I'm not gonna be their slave just because they have this weird political power to stop me from getting a promotion and changing bosses.
