Title pretty much says it all.
This is for a position that requires licensing, credentials, etc…it's not just some job anyone off the street can do.
Went through 3 interviews only for them to try and offer a yearly pay almost a solid 20k less than the minimum offer on their own job posting. It's not even like I was countering with some figure I made up. They spent three interviews saying what they wanted to offer and then they lowballed their own fucking job offer at the end.
Wtf do places like this think they achieve by doing this? Is there actually anyone who gets subjected to the most pathetically obvious switch game in existence and is like “Oh No, YoU gOt Me. GuEsS I'lL jUsT tAkE yOuR sHiTtY oFfEr QuIeTlY nOw.”
It's such a scam and a waste of time.
