I’m leaving a job that I thought was a great opportunity… turns out it wasn’t… leading me to 3 Things I will never do again:
Stay too long at a job to try and prove a point- thinking it’ll get better, or holding on for some sort of recognition is never worth it in the long run.
Sign a non compete in any capacity- I’m sales and structure; not tech. I have no proprietary information and I will not be prevented from making a living.
Sign up for a position that has a DIMINISHING COMMISSION STRUCTURE. In what world does this drive a sales force. Once you get to a certain point it’s no longer worth it.
