Never understood the notion of running errands during a lunch break. How can someone go to the doctor’s, get groceries, get exercise or pick up their children from school? The other day I went to a meeting at my Fortune 500 company where I just sat and listened all day and got an hour lunch break. It was so much time compared to what I’m used to that I didn’t know what to do with myself. No wonder people get so much done during the day. Makes me jealous that I have use PTO just to go to the dentist and others don’t. I envy people who get paid 120k per year just to sit in meetings all day and have good work/life balance in a position called “Executive Site Director of Sales”
