Been at my new job for 6 months now. The commute is terrible, the office ppl are okay some helpful some just whatever. The boss is cool as a person but when it comes to work everything is done his way. All my proposals get shut down, then when I do it his way he still doesn’t like it. I’m trying to stick it out, but eh, and I already have another side gig that I do on the weekends. Any advice?
