I gave my 2 weeks notice last Friday. Found a better job, closer to home, better benefits and a take home vehicle, albeit a little bit less pay. Now that we've started the process of me leaving my boss today told me he's gonna need to divide my work up amongst 8 people. Yet anytime I asked for help, or wanted to hire someone I got the excuse of “well let's just see what happens”. Just confirms that I made the right decision to leave.
