Today at work a trainee got fired because she wasn’t proactive enough, she was poorly paid and still at college. I don’t know about other places but here is the new fashion skill required at most jobs and I hate it. Imo, is pure BS to make workers work more, without any extra benefits or payment (at least in my job, it has none)
Honestly, I don't think I get paid enough to even do my tasks as it is and there’s this pressure that I have to do even more, otherwise isn’t good enough and feels like an endless rabbit hole
