Customer Service Depression

I work as a Customer service representative for a company I won't disclose here. They have just sent us a bulletin about how using hold is causing monetary loses for the company, so they are implementing some measures to end it. So pretty much whenever someone spends more than 90 seconds on hold, it will notify the entire personal, kind of public shaming the employee for that. 90 seconds seems like a lot, but in the company I work at it really isn't. It's worth mentioning I have chronic depression and generalized anxiety, so this is the cherry on top of the cake for me. They have also been cutting our bonuses and putting excuses as to why they are not giving them, putting measures so that it is pretty much impossible to get your bonus. I'm done.
