Worked for a “fab shop” for about a month, lost a week because of Covid. Only got a few hours of training of how to operate machines. No training manual/procedures of what to do. Then I end up getting moved to a different part of the shop for like 2 and a half weeks. Get yelled at for hydrating not during my break time, yelled at for not having gloves on when machines Im running specifically say not too. No vacation or holiday pay. Finally had enough and quit. Have an interview Tuesday with a company that’s closer and offers more money and paid holidays and vacation. All around benefits.
