I just overheard my boss on a call to her boss: “NO, NO, NO! I don't want my team running at 12/10 everyday. I want them at a 6/10 or 7/10 so they can support each other if someone is sick or on vacation!!” I've had bad bosses, but landed myself a good one. There is hope!
