They wouldn't price match the items I got even though they did it before and it was literally reduced on THEIR website. I asked my buddy who works at a different store what the problem was because they should have price matched it. He said if they price match over 200 items a month then the Store Leader doesn't get a bonus.
What the fuck? Maybe pay your people more so they're not desperate for a bonus. And fucking price match for your customers! Why do I have to pay more so that your people can get a bonus? Bullshit.
He also said they were promised a raise to $13-$14/hour (still horrible pay) in January and it never happened.
