I didn't think I would ever post on this group.. But Here we Go. My wife started working at the airport. The Posting was for 5 …..5 Days a week. On the first day of work, my wife was on time to get there, but on the same day, the supervisor had scheduled another interview. In doing so,she made her late because she needed to get her uniform from her and sent her to the wrong place to get it. Then gave her only 5 minutes of training before tossing her to the wolves… Ok….. On the first day , crap happens (I guess) , But then comes the somewhat insane part. As the week follows, my wife had to call off (physical exhaustion) but then when she gets her new schedule, it has her for 8 days straight……8. DAYS .IN. A. ROW. WHAT THE DEVIL IS THIS?!…and that includes weekends.. She said she is walking away after that and I don't blame her. How do you say you have an open leave policy then punish the person when they use it. When she tried to schedule another day off …. Supervisor refused. Yeah, even I said it's time to roll out.
