Was just laid off. What is happening is they are placing German employees in the (Florida branch) to replace us. It’s cheaper for them to move a worker, pay $3500 per month living expenses in addition to salary – and lay off all the Americans. German labor laws almost make it impossible to lay someone off. They chose Florida for their North American location – not just cause they love the beach. I hate this place.
