Hello, im new to reddit and i would like some advice 🙂 i work in an okayish retail job, the work is not that hard, pay is a bit under average as its a part of a larger chain. Thing is, this particular chain has no unions and i would really like to start one to improve working negotiations. But… i have no idea what to do.
