Manager keeping tips

I’m a cook/kitchen manager of a small restaurant inside of an arcade/fun zone type place. I’m the only cook on payroll. Business is kind of slow so they make customers go to the bar to order and pay. The manager who gets a manager salary, runs the bar also. He keeps not only the alcohol, but all the food tips as well. The customers walk up to the counter and place their order and pick up their own food. Should I be entitled to a portion of the food only tips? I asked the general manager and they said no, even though the bartender gets a manager salary. The hourly pay is decent for what this is, but I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Opinions?
