I feel this is just a legal loophole so no one says that they outright said we can't discuss wage. However, it feels just as scummy, but this strategy cuts both ways, since anyone that chooses to discuss wage and share “private information” is within their right to do so. Am I onto something, or grossly misunderstanding the situation?
