Just wanted to get this off my chest. I joined a company and soon find out the position I filled has a lot of turnover. There is a just a ton of information and a ton of applications you have to learn and keep up with. On top of all that the boss is under a lot of pressure and needs extra help.
I’m really trying my best to learn but my boss just gets pissed if I ask him stuff twice or don’t learn something fast enough.
Shouldn’t he realize maybe the reason there is high turnover is because this position just sucks and be thankful I’m giving it a try? If he is more patient it would be better for him to have some one properly trained no?
I’m seriously thinking about leaving because I don’t wanna be degraded for not knowing something it’s gonna take me years to be comfortable with but if I’m just not a good fit for the position I’m fine with that. I just want a positive work environment even if the work is hard.
