She admitted to trying to underpay me

I'm burnt out and am interviewing for a new job, I recently interviewed at a UK-based startup that routinely works with companies like Disney, Deloitte, etc- basically they're doing pretty well. Bear in mind this interview was via a referral They salary range for this (marketing) role was £60,000-£80,000. I went in and had a conversation with the head of marketing who kept saying she was surprised I had an understanding of the job since didn't specifically have a marketing degree (I have 2 degrees in other areas). She then went onto say she'd offer me the role however could only offer me £30,000 because I don't specifically have a marketing degree, when I refused she upped it to £45,000 and said “i know it's less but you're a junior candidate” which makes no sense because it was a senior role I was applying for (a role I'm currently doing…
