My new job basically baited me with false information.

Kind of a long story, I tried to cut it down as much as possible. I originally typed out a novel, but it seemed way too long, so I'll just give the shortened version. I started a new job this week. The job post I initially found said full time with benefits with better pay than what I was getting, so I eagerly applied. I got to the interview, and the interviewer said full time wasn't guaranteed due to being a Flex position (meaning they schedule me when they need me) and that I could have a second job (which would have meant just cutting down my hours at my current job) to help make full time. I talked to the head supervisor today (finally, took all week to be able to) and was told that they wouldn't accommodate my second job at all and this job has to take priority because they don't have the staff to let people set their hours. They expect me to be available every day, 5:30am to 5:30pm to schedule me whenever they need me, up to full time, with no benefits. The big kicker- they scheduled me for 2 on call days that I may not even work and 2 guaranteed shifts next week. So, I'm just supposed to leave my availability open and hope I don't get put as on call? Fuck that. I'll stick with my current job that may pay less, but at least has benefits and more reliable hours.
