So it's basically what it sounds like. Two twelve hour shifts in a row with a 12 hour “recovery period” in between. Oh yeah and after all that you only get one day off before you start the week again. Best part is they started this because they're were short staffed. Now they're even more short staffed because no one wants to deal with this schedule.
