It’s completely beyond our control. It’s entirely normal. I’m talking about things like : 1.) coming in late because you misread a schedule 2.) forgetting to lock a door 3.) not remembering to do one task out of the 20-30 or so assigned No adult should ever be written up like some unruly teenager for these things.
