My employer has been taking 3+ weeks so far to investigate harassment claims. Myself and 2 other women made the claim against one particular employee. He has made sexual comments to all of us. Now, I have to work alone with this person coming up and I’m extremely uncomfortable. I understand investigations take time, but this is absurd. There has been no update from my supervisor, manager, or HR. Thinking I’m just going to quit as I feel I have no other way out to avoid this person.
