I’m resigning from my toxic employer tomorrow with a weeks notice but have a very busy week booked next week (client visits). Do I cancel everything or play the moral game & be a good person??

I don't really want to call in sick because it'll be obvious what I'm doing, but nor do I want to drive for hours & hours & hours when the outcomes will be of no interest or concern to me whatsoever. Basically, I don't want to leave on bad terms but should I care if I do?
