My bargaining unit is very wide & we are office workers. We have secretaries, accountants, customer service & attorneys all in the bargaining unit. The higher up employees say the union is looking out more for the lower employees & the lower employees say the union is favoring the higher up employees. Has anyone else been in a situation like this or have any thoughts?
