12 hour night shifts spent almost entirely at a pc (often without breaks) using old chairs that you can't actually adjust or recline in. I am now riddled with back and hip pain which I didn't have before I started working here. Yes we complete DSE surveys, but we're told that we can't have new chairs because the old ones “break quickly”
