I work remotely and since the beginning my boss always calls me at least twice a day. Most of the time she talks about her private life. I am uncomfortable about it but when I don't go her way, she gets even worst or just calls me all day.
I have been putting those times under team meeting since I cant work and listen to her while participating in the conversation.
I think her boss is after her for how many “meetings” we are having, almost 10h a week sometimes.
She has been telling me she expects me to work while talking to her but I just can't. English is not my first language and I have dyslexia so I would make too many mistakes.
I am not sure how to tell her or what to do. I already told her that I can't work and have a conversation with her but she just say I just have to train and I will be able to do it…
Any advices?
