Hey! Looking for some interview tips.
Background: I was working for Company A for just over 3 years, and was told a promotion was at two years away. Decided to look for other opportunities and interviewed with Company B. Got the job with Company B after 3 quick interviews and gave two-week notice.
Started with Company B a month ago and cannot continue working for them. The gap between what was presented in the interview and the actual day-to-day work is huge and already taking a toll on my health and mental wellbeing.
Applied for jobs and have a phone interview in one week with Company C. I am expecting for them to ask why the quick switch considering I’ve only been at Company B for a month.
Looking for advice on how to approach this situation.
