Boss had stuck me with dozens of duties he couldn’t be bothered with for years. I put in my notice today then got an email asking for SOP’s to be written which includes screenshots of my “IT or Software rolls or functions that you perform” I want to tell him to shove it. Can I ask for a severance if I agree to this?
