Right now I’m on a non contract internship with no formal documented writing. I’ve worked over 8 hours on a 50 second reel where there just keeps being a long list of details of feedback for adjustments. I’m here thinking well if they want to pay me hourly, good but the lack of acceptance in work is pretty much no budge in compromise. Is this normal social media designing is or is the business management flawed on their end?
