Hi – I am in Oregon and have been in a constructive discharge situation where I was forced out of my position and forced to resign after intense retaliation by my boss. This is to write and send a letter only to try to negotiate exit terms. Everyone I have tried is not accepting new clients or doesn’t have time. Is there anyone in this group that could help? Thanks.
