I started working at a new store, and it's the only one in the entire state of the various stores they have.
They keep cutting the budget, smaller and smaller while pushing the expectations of selling more memberships higher and higher, and they are cutting hours, but they make more than enough. It sucks, they really do not understand it at all.
I love working here, do not get me wrong, but the pay is not the best and the bosses just do not understand, especially after the holidays, many people already bought one from the holiday or already have one, it sucks and a bit stressful, it isn't the worst in the world, but man it doesn't mean it doesn't suck, my managers and we are working hard but we don't get the appreciation in return.
