Can my manager send me a disciplinary letter for this?

My supervisor and I were leaving the parking lot at the same time when our cars touched on a tight fit. There was no damage to either cars, but my supervisor is claiming I was speeding and I hit her car. We were both leaving in a tight parking lot, it could easily be her fault as much as mine but the narrative is that I hit her. There is absolutely no space to even accelerate my car to the point of speeding. And I have another supervisor to witness the fact that I was not speeding. The supervisor called our manager and told her I was speeding and that I hit her car, to which the manager told her she will be sending me a disciplinary letter. I still haven’t received it yet. It has nothing to do with my work ethic. And it’s a false claim.
