Short Job Not Paying Me

I was interested in a job and got hired on the spot. I came in the next day, worked the 6 hour shift, and decided it wasn’t for me. My paperwork was on the table inside, but I didn’t fill it out since I wasn’t going to continue with the job. Manager said no problem and to text her the next day to get paid for the night. I sent a follow up message last week asking if I could come up to the business and get paid cash, which I got no response. A few days later I told them I would have to claim unpaid wages through Texas Workforce Commission if I did not get paid this week, which I got no response again. I filed through TWC, but I did not have the owners information such as home address, email, phone number, etc… so I’m not sure if it will be effective. Does anyone have any advice what to do next? I’ve never even heard of checks coming through email. Like I said, it’s been 4 weeks now since I should’ve been paid and at this point the manager is just ignoring my messages. TIA
